Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues Managing email inboxes Use excellent customer service continuously Organise and report data Use of spreadsheets Managing in-house computer systems Filing, scanning and archiving documents Accounts support Dealing with post Customer service support Any other admin duties as requested

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

Potential for a full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme.
