Vehicle Damage Panel Technician Apprenticeship
As a Panel Beater Apprentice, you'll learn the skills needed to repair and restore damaged vehicle bodywork to manufacturer standards while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
You'll gain hands-on experience in a busy bodyshop, supported by an experienced mentor who will guide your development throughout your apprenticeship. Alongside your workplace training, you'll attend college and complete off-the-job learning to build the technical knowledge and practical skills needed for a successful career in the automotive repair industry.

This is a Vehicle Damage Panel Apprenticeship programme, delivered by Inspiro Learning (formerly Remit Training).
Awarding Body: Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI)
Training is delivered in the workplace and on block release at the Inspiro Automotive Academy in Doncaster. This means you will be required to stay in a hotel for 12 separate weeks (Mon – Fri) over the duration of the programme, which equals 4 weeks per year. All associated costs for training are met by the employer and there will be no cost to you.
You will also be assigned a dedicated Development Coach who will visit you every 4-6 weeks either in the workplace or remotely via Microsoft Teams, giving 1-2-1 advice and guidance to help you achieve the following IMI qualifications:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve an industry-recognised qualification, providing a strong foundation for a career as a fully qualified Panel Technician.
