Customer Service Apprenticeship

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Greeting Customers and providing excellent customer service. Assisting with bathroom design using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Learn about bathroom products, brands and design trends. Preparing quotations and customer orders. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Maintaining showroom displays to a high standard. Booking appointments and supporting the design team. Processing customer orders and supplier information. Visting customers homes to carry out site surveys. Developing product knowledge to confidently advise customers. Working towards becoming an independent Bathroom Designer.

Training:
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service L2. A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course. This is a predominantly work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position as a Bathroom Designer & Customer Service Advisor. As experience and product knowledge develop, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, manage customer projects and initial design through to completion and progress into a senior design and sales roles.

Employer Description:

Utopia Interiors is a premium kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showroom based in Newark.

Working Hours :
5 days per week, including Saturdays. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. The successful candidate will receive one fixed weekday off each week in addition to Sunday.
