Business Administrator apprentice

Starting in a Business Administrator role, your duties will include:

Answering phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers Purchasing and ordering materials and equipment Processing invoices and supporting the accounts' function Assisting with payroll administration Supporting day-to-day office operations and management Organising paperwork, filing and records management Working closely with senior staff across accounts, HR and operations

Training:
You will be working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administrator This apprenticeship consists of a mixture of off-the-job training and on-the-job mentoring and development within the workplace You will be expected to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis, with additional attendance if functional skills are required

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, we envisage the right candidate progressing into a permanent, senior role within the business. South West Electrics is committed to investing in your long-term development, with a structured pathway that could include:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 8.00am - 4.30pm.
