Apprentice GRP Fabrication Operative

As part of the production team, you will gain hands-on experience while learning about GRP fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Duties will include:

Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of GRP components Operating tools and machinery under supervision Following quality and health and safety procedures Supporting continuous improvement activities within the workplace Working as part of a team to meet production targets Developing practical manufacturing skills through day-to-day work Completing apprenticeship coursework and off-the-job training requirements

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to secure a full-time position within the organisation and continue developing a career in manufacturing and GRP fabrication.

Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 15:30.
