• Accurate picking and packing of customer orders
• Ability to follow written instructions, order sheets, and picking lists
• Basic stock control and inventory awareness
• Safe handling of products and materials
• Understanding of quality standards and checking procedures
• Basic IT skills for warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and stock databases

Training:
Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Functional skills  Work based learning 

Training Outcome:
Progression onto full time employment
