Customer Service Apprentice
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional and enthusiastic manner
Check customers in and out using the booking system and ensure all admissions are processed correctly
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting families throughout their visit and responding positively to enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Serve food and drinks in the café, following food hygiene and health and safety standards
Prepare and present food and beverages to a high standard
Restock food, drinks, retail items and customer supplies throughout the day
Monitor the role play areas to ensure they remain safe, tidy and engaging for children
Carry out regular cleaning of play areas, café facilities, toilets and customer areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
Complete routine maintenance checks and report any damaged equipment or health and safety concerns to management
Assist with birthday parties, seasonal events and special activities, including setting up, hosting and clearing away
Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the centre is prepared for customers each day
Promote Tiny Town's values by creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every visitor
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the business
Follow all company policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene and data protection procedures
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management
Training Outcome:
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent Team Member role, with the potential to develop into senior positions such as Shift Leader or Supervisor. Further training and development opportunities may also be available within customer service, hospitality and leisure.

Our miniature town features a range of realistic role play environments where children can become doctors, shopkeepers, police officers, firefighters and much more. We are passionate about creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment where families can make lasting memories.
Working Hours :
The working week will cover 7 days on a rota basis, with the successful candidate working 4 or 5 days per week. Shifts will vary, including longer and half-day shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and school holidays.
