Salary: $100,000–$130,000

Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its global presence. They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico.

About You

5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry.Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico.Oversee suppliers, 3PL partners, freight, and warehousing.Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets.Track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance.Support the brand's sustainability initiatives.Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
