Office Administrator
You will be working for City Electrical Factors (CEF) - The UK’s Industry Leading Electrical Wholesaler with over 390 branches have a fantastic opportunity for someone in the industry who is looking for a brighter tomorrow!
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator in our Regional Group Office based in Bournemouth.
The Office Administrator role is extremely varied; you will be required to enter supplier invoices into our bespoke system, check for pricing and quantity anomalies, and then liaise with our Branches if any are found. Answering the telephone, checking customer invoices against Store purchase orders, raising debits and credits, and performing any other office-related work as required.

Training:
Completing a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard, consisting of:
Knowledge and competence qualification in Business Administration Level 3 End-Point Assessment (EPA) - final test and observationThe vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment are conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment are conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
