A leading care provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes across Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey and Cornwall.

This is a hands-on senior role, working closely with General Managers to maintain high standards of care, compliance and operational performance. You’ll also step in to support homes where there is no General Manager in place, helping to troubleshoot challenges and provide stability and leadership.

You’ll have a clinical background, strong senior care management experience and the ability to lead and support teams across multiple services.

The role involves extensive travel across the division, so flexibility to travel is essential.

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN or RNLD) with current or previous NMC registrationDriver with access to own vehicleProven experience managing multi or large nursing home environments with responsibility for clinical and operational performanceRecent CQC registration for a nursing homes under your supervision, with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.Full, unrestricted UK right to work (please note; visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
