Production Operative

We’re hiring a Machine Operator on behalf of our clients manufacturing site in Wakefield. Must be flexible to work 6am–2pm or 7am–3pm.

Role includes:

Operating machinery and keeping production running smoothlyRemoving finished products from the linePacking, labelling, and completing basic paperworkCarrying out visual quality checksReprocessing waste using the waste pickerCleaning machinery and maintaining a tidy work areaFollowing all Health & Safety proceduresWorking as part of a team to hit production targets

What we’re looking for:

Previous machine‑operating or manufacturing experience preferredGood attention to detail and a proactive approachReliable, safety‑focused, and able to work well in a team
