Early Years Educator Apprentice

You’ll play an integral part in fostering an environment that is warm, supportive and caring for the children, leading by example to demonstrate professionalism as a practitioner and member of the nursery team You’ll be a key person for the children allocated to you, building strong relationships with them and their parents You’ll complete regular assessments that reflect the needs, interests, and stages of development of the child You will work closely with parents to develop learning journeys and help shape development activities to meet the individual needs of the children in your group You will have an awareness of disabilities, family cultures and medical histories for all the children in your group You will work as part of a team and independently as a key person for your group You’ll seek opportunities to develop your role and undertake additional responsibilities such as project lead, training co-ordinator etc.

Training:
Online lessons via Teams 

Training Outcome:
Go onto doing a level 5 practitioner course.

Working Hours :
Up to 40 hours a week. Days and shifts TBC.
