Trainee Tekla Detailer / Draughtsman

A structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Trainee Tekla Detailer / Draughtsman to produce accurate 3D steel models and fabrication drawings while training alongside experienced detailers in London.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (DOE) + monthly performance bonus
Contract: Permanent

Duties:

Learn to create detailed 3D steel models using Tekla Structures Produce fabrication drawings in line with company standards Assist with project coordination alongside senior detailers Communicate with clients, engineers and architects Liaise with suppliers when required Support multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements:

Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction or similar (preferred) Experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD software advantageous Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Organised, eager to learn, with a positive attitude
