With flexible shifts available, you can work during evenings, weekends, university holidays, half terms, or whenever you're home from studying.
About the Role

As a Flexible Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living in either:
Our Supported Living services, within the community, or in our Independent Living Hubs.
We support Swindon and the local area.
You'll promote independence and support people to live fulfilling lives within their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality, person-centred care Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and continence support Supporting individuals with mobility and medication Helping with daily routines, meal preparation and light domestic tasks Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing Working alongside healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the people we supportCommunity Supported Living & Independent Living Hubs
Our Community Supported Living services support people within their own homes across the local community.
Our Independent Living Hubs support individuals living in their own flats within a residential building, where care is delivered on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll move between flats within the same building, making Hub-based roles ideal for those who do not drive.
