The Role

Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, with a particular focus on bar and floor operations. You'll lead service from the front, inspire your team and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue.Take ownership of bar and floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Lead, coach and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional hospitality.Drive high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.Manage busy service periods with confidence and professionalism.Assist with stock control, labour management and operational performance.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.Support recruitment, training and ongoing team development.Ensure all health, safety and licensing procedures are followed.

About You

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Supervisor in a busy hospitality environment.Strong bar and floor management experience.A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with the team.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Calm under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude.Looking to build a long-term career within a growing hospitality business.
