About Graded Films

Graded Films is an independent and award winning film and video production company based in Arundel, West Sussex.

Our work spans commercial campaigns, branded content and video for the arts. Alongside this, we're investing heavily in scripted television and feature film development, with multiple projects currently in active production development.

As the business evolves, we're looking for someone who wants to help tell that story and grow with the company into its next era.

The creative industries are changing rapidly. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses communicate, research opportunities, create content, understand audiences and build lasting client relationships.

Working closely with our production and post team, you'll help develop our marketing strategy, strengthen our digital presence and experiment with new AI-powered workflows that improve the way we market our work and engage with prospective clients.

This is far more than a social media role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how Graded presents itself to the world as we continue our evolution from a video production company into a business producing high-end commercial work, scripted television and feature films.

You'll be encouraged to question existing processes, test new ideas and become an important voice within the business.
