Location: Clapham, (SW4)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per year

The Role:

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring that it runs smoothly and meets all legal requirements and standards.

You also work towards creating a stimulating and safe environment for children, planning and organizing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties:

? Fully responsible for the room, including children developments and staff practices
? You will ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care and development for all children
? Promote equal opportunities and the inclusion of children with special educational needs and disabilities.
? Maintain accurate records, such as attendance and accident reports, and communicating with parents and caregivers about the childrens progress.


The ideal candidate will have:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Level 3 or above in childcare
? An experienced nurse
? Understanding and experience of the Early years foundation stage
