Business Administrator Apprentice

Gain experience in sales, customer relationships and business development Get involved in marketing, including campaigns, content and promoting our business Develop an understanding of finance and commercial decision-making Work closely with different teams and learn from people across the business Answering queries by telephone and email in a professional, friendly and timely manner Providing excellent customer service and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently Maintaining accurate records, documentation and client information Ensuring our CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information Supporting the Operations, Sales and Marketing teams with day-to-day activities and projects Preparing documents, reports and correspondence when required

Training:

Duration:

15-months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment

Delivery model:

Work-based training with your employer 10 days Business Professionals training at college Approximately 12 on-site assessment visits per year Off-the-job training will count for at least 6 hours per week of an apprentice’s time at work

Qualifications included:

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard

End Point Assessment:

Knowledge test Portfolio based interview Project / improvement presentation
