Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Location: Hull
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22000 to £25000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Our client, a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Hull, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the processing and management of warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
Warranty Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Processing warranty claims for commercial vehicles, including all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims, including financial data
- Providing support and advice to the dealership's service team regarding warranty issues
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Warranty Administrator Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
