A fantastic firm located in South Manchester are seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their department due to current expansion.

Role
The successful Housing Disrepair Fee Earner will handle their own caseload of Housing Disrepair files from inception to conclusion.

You will be able to litigate cases where necessary.

Requirements
The ideal Housing Disrepair Fee Earner Fee Earner will have at least 12 months experience in a similar position with a clear understanding of CPR, Pre action protocols and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

Experience of proclaim is advantageous.

 You will have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
