Apprentice Horticulturalist

Assisting with soft landscaping duties including turfing, planting, seeding, and mulching Carrying out grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning Preparing sites and setting out for landscaping projects Safe use and basic maintenance of tools and machinery
Following health & safety procedures at all times Working effectively as part of a team and supporting senior operatives Attending college as required and completing all coursework towards the level 2 qualification

Training:

Training will take place 4 x days per week at the workplace/site with 1 x day every 2 weeks at Houghall Campus.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time employment after sucessful completion of apprenticeship.

Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (30 minute lunch break with 2 x 15 minute breaks).
