Assistant Site Manager

A leading architectural metalwork and staircase specialist is currently looking for a contract Assistant Site Manager to oversee feature staircase installation and manage day-to-day delivery on a major campus project in Oxfordshire.

Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £250 – £280 per day
Contract: 4 – 5 months
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Parking: Available on site

Duties:

Overseeing staircase installation works on site Managing snagging through to sign-off Producing weekly packs and site reporting Preparing and reviewing method statements Coordinating site logistics Data scope work Supervising a team of 10 operatives, reporting into the Site Manager

Requirements:

SMSTS (Essential) First Aid (Preferred)
