Project Co-Ordinator

All Building Control is an established and forward-thinking Registered Building Control Approver. We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to support our Operations team and help ensure live projects progress efficiently.

You will play an important part in keeping projects moving, making sure outstanding information is followed up, documentation is complete and project records remain accurate.
Working closely with surveyors, project managers, clients, contractors and architects, you will help coordinate projects from initial stages through to completion.
This would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys communicating with people and takes satisfaction from making sure nothing gets missed.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live projects and follow up outstanding actionsLiaise with clients, contractors, architects and other stakeholdersRequest outstanding information, documents and certificationCoordinate and process project paperworkPrepare and issue project correspondence and requests for informationMaintain accurate records within CRM and document management systemsSupport surveyors and project managers with project administrationTrack project milestones and help ensure deadlines and internal KPIs are metKeep project files organised and up to dateAssist with project close-out documentation and final certificatesProduce reports on outstanding actions and project progressProvide general administrative support to the Building Control teamWhat We're Looking For
You will need:
Excellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence communicating with clients and external stakeholdersThe ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same timeExcellent attention to detailGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelA proactive and reliable approachThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skillsA positive and professional attitudeDesirable Experience
It would be beneficial if you also have:
Previous project coordination or administration experienceExperience within construction, building control, surveying or a related industryExperience using CRM or project management systemsJoin All Building Control
