Salary: From £35,000 per year + Excellent Benefits (rising to £40,000 following successful 6 month probation)

Work Schedule: 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekend availability

Our client is a CQC registered family run care company that specialises in working with children and adults with special needs and or behaviours that may be challenging.

Provides personal care support and regulated activities directly to families and local authorities.

The Role:

They are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join their enthusiastic team.

They work in the community and you will be supported by CEO and other staff members.

Responsibilities:

? Ensure that resources are appropriately deployed and are made available.
? Creating and maintaining an effective record keeping and document control systems
? Ensuring there are the right systems and processes in place for colleagues to refer for assessment individuals in the care whom they have concerns
? Be able to provide advice, support and, in appropriate circumstances, in-service training for staff colleagues about individuals in the care.
? Working hand in hand with the Responsible Person in maintaining high quality services for individuals in the care with SEN
? Be able to lead the pastoral support team and behaviour support systems.
? Ensure to meet the highest quality and standards including risk assessments, support plans and person-centred plans.
? Oversee the production of weekly rotas, minimise costs and reduce agency staff.
? Build good relationships with commissioners, professionals, families, carers, staff, neighbours and the wider community.


Requirements:

? NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management or equivalent or working towards ()
? Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Learning disabilities and/or mental health.
