Care Assistant Apprentice

Training:

Adult Care Worker Level 2.

Training will take place entirely on-site at the care home, delivered during regular working hours through a structured blend of practical on-the-job learning & direct workplace mentoring.

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship offers a clear, structured 5-year pathway from Level 2 through to Level 5:

Level 2 - Care Assistant Apprentice Level 3 - Senior Carer Level 5 - Management & Leadership roles

You will also have direct access to Hallmark's bespoke GROW Leadership Programme to support your ongoing career progression.
