L2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to:

Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking dishes across our menu Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly Follow recipes and presentation standards Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures Help with stock, storage and the everyday jobs that keep the kitchen running smoothly Work as part of the kitchen and restaurant team during service

Training Outcome:

The right candidate may be appointed a full-time position. 



Employer Description:

You'll receive hands-on experience in a working kitchen, support and guidance from our experienced team, and training through East Riding College as you work towards your qualification.

You'll also receive staff discount (once eligible), and a share of tips.

Our restaurant is an important part of our independent garden centre, with a friendly team serving our customers throughout the day.

Working Hours :
Working hours between 32 to 40 hours a week. Days and times to be confirmed.
