Preparation for meetings for the team In advance, co-ordinating the team and preparation of printed material On the day, preparing the room, greeting people for meetings, preparing drinks Diary management Attend meetings as and when required Participate in staff development as required Actively update the company CRM system with timesheets, enquiries and client details Office housekeeping for the whole building, maintaining stock levels for all sundry items, ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained and the kitchen is always clean and tidy Follow company processes and procedures as set out Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and to be able to reorganise priorities at short noticeEvery day is different, although certain aspects will have to be completed each day.

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 4.00pm Friday, (1-hour lunch break).
