Administrator
My Client is looking for a street lighting administrator for Civils Projects coming up around Cheshire.
Main Role and Responsabilities:
Issuing and validating all routine works within the required SLA’s
Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintaining the monthly Routine Programs within the database and for reporting purposes for Finance
Managing all queries raised from routine works to ensure any follow on works are raised and completed in time working closely with the Supervisors
Uploading of Structural and Electrical Test Certificates onto the Management Database to ensure compliance
Requesting relief extensions from the clients
Ensure that the following tasks are completed:
Completion of all paperwork needed in connection with the contract.
Updating of computer database for the contract.
Correct filing of all documents.
Subcontractor administration including checking invoices against completed works in preparation of payment
Job Purpose:
Day to Day support of the FPI Contracts and Projects
A key user of the contract databases
Provide Support to the office manager
Support the general manager, Assisant Operational Manager and the other department supervisors where neccessary
Processing all administration for assigned contracts
Measurement:
Meeting contract SLA's for all client reporting
Ensuring work orders are raised validated in time to prevent delays in works programmed
Managing the daily and weekly routine reports to reduce the amount of late jobs for each borough
Meeting the H&S target each month
To comply with the company's policies, Management Plans and Procedures
Reporting to: Office Manager
Salary dependent on experience.
