My client is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the F&B operations and lead the team. About the position
Ensure the smooth running of the hotel food & beverage experienceDrive staff training to the highest level You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities Manage the high standards of the day-to-day operationsExceed monthly targetsReport to the Director
The successful candidate
Minimum of 4 years working in an F&B Operations roleExperience working in a large 4* F&B hotelSelf-motivated with attention to detailHave a hands-on approach and lead by exampleConfidence with speaking to guests on a daily basis
