Site Electrical Engineer

SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - PERMANENT - BERKSHIRE A pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation based in Berkshire are looking for a Site Electrical Engineer to join their engineering department on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday.As the Site Electrical Engineer you will managing and overseeing high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) switching operations, providing your technical expert knowledge in the fields of electrical power, infrastructure, instrumentation and control across the site and leading the site utilities electrical maintenance programme.

You will support the build and maintenance of a robust electrical safety management program and take management of minor works for safety, efficiency and cost saving projects.You'll actively participate in the organisations global Electrical Engineering network, developing and implementing electrical policies and procedures whilst advising on best practice techniques to improve electrical performance.

You will maintain and update electrical system documentation such as drawings and asset records including SAP maintenance records.Suitable candidates will have a strong technical knowledge and background with electrical safety systems and LV/ HV.

You will be qualified to at least a HNC or equivalent level in Electrical Engineering, experienced with electrical infrastructure and completing electrical engineering tasks within a manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, FMCG etc.
