Training & Development Administrator Apprentice
Support the administration, coordination and delivery of training and development activities across the organisation, including training bookings, attendance tracking, registers and updating systems following training events and staff development days.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training, qualification and certification records using internal systems and processes (e.g. Cintra and LMS platforms), including tracking training completion.
Support the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including setting up users and maintaining learner data.
Log and track learning and development requests, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.
Support the identification of learning and development needs by gathering and maintaining relevant training information and data.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Human Resources, developing an understanding of how learning and development supports wider people and organisational objectives.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of learning agreements and training documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and external providers to coordinate training activities.
Assist with the delivery and evaluation of training and development activities, including facilitating elements of training sessions and gathering learner feedback where appropriate.
Assist with the preparation and set up of meeting rooms, training spaces, and associated equipment as required.
Develop an understanding of the full learning and development cycle and contribute to activities that support individual, team and organisational performance.
Ensure all training administration is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate a flexible, positive, and proactive approach to supporting departmental activities and service delivery.
QAC employees may be expected to undertake designated emergency response duties as part of their role. This includes:
Receiving appropriate training, instruction and information to carry out emergency procedures safely and effectively.
Responding to emergency situations in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Supporting the organisation’s compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
Training:
Training will take place in the form of monthly masterclasses online via Microsoft Teams with GLP Training.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity to gain a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner qualification and develop skills within a growing charity, with potential for future employment opportunities subject to performance and organisational needs.
