We're partnered with a busy, high-energy Asian-American restaurant in Washington, DC looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a fun, vibrant concept with a strong cocktail program, busy dining room, and energetic atmosphere. We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, developing people, and creating a great guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager with all day-to-day restaurant operationsLeading service and maintaining strong hospitality standardsCoaching, mentoring, and developing the FOH teamSupporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance managementManaging service flow and communication between FOH and BOHBuilding relationships with guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphereSupporting labour, sales, and key operational metricsHandling guest concerns and ensuring a positive resolution

What We're Looking For

Previous AGM, Restaurant Manager, or strong FOH leadership experienceExperience in a busy, full-service restaurantStrong people leadership and team development skillsBeverage and cocktail experience is a strong assetHands-on, energetic leadership styleStrong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
