We are recruiting for a boutique resort in the Bahamas seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join their culinary team. These positions will oversee operations across two restaurants, with opportunities available on either the morning or evening shift.

The Role

Lead culinary operations across two resort restaurantsOversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentationLead, motivate and support the culinary teamMaintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organizationHelp develop menus and dishes that showcase Bahamian flavoursSupport the Executive Chef and wider Food & Beverage teamManage either the morning or evening culinary operation

The Ideal Candidate

Proven Sous Chef or senior culinary experience within a hotel or resortCaribbean hospitality experience requiredBoutique hotel or resort experience preferredStrong understanding of kitchen operations and team leadershipExperience incorporating Bahamian or Caribbean flavours into menusKnowledge of gluten-free and vegan culinary requirementsHands-on, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced resort environment
