We are recruiting for a boutique resort in the Bahamas seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall resort operation and lead a strong, motivated team.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day resort operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departmentsTake ownership of P&L performance, budgets and financial resultsLead, motivate and develop the team with a strong focus on team health and cultureOversee reservations and front desk operationsMaintain high standards of guest service and operational excellenceWork closely with department leaders to drive accountability and performance

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a General Manager within a boutique hotel or resortCaribbean hospitality experience requiredStrong understanding of full resort operationsDemonstrated P&L and financial management experienceHands-on, motivational leader with excellent communication skillsGuest-focused and comfortable working within an intimate resort environment
