We're partnered with a high-volume restaurant in San Francisco looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team, with a clear path to step into the General Manager role next year.

This is a significant $14M+ operation, so we're looking for a proven operator who is comfortable in a high-volume environment and ready to take on increasing responsibility.

Local San Francisco restaurant experience is a must. We're looking for someone who understands the market, knows the local talent pool, and can make an immediate impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside GM in leading all day-to-day restaurant operationsTaking ownership of key areas of the operation while preparing for the GM transitionLeading, coaching, and developing a large management and hourly teamDriving service standards, guest experience, and operational consistencySupporting labour, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and financial performanceRecruiting, training, and developing future leadersMonitoring KPIs and using data to drive operational decisionsBuilding strong relationships with guests and the local communityWorking closely with senior leadership to improve performance and prepare for future growth

What We're Looking For

Strong AGM or senior restaurant management experienceSan Francisco restaurant experience is requiredExperience in a high-volume $14M+ restaurant operation strongly preferredProven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operationsStrong financial and operational understandingHands-on, high-energy leadership styleSomeone ambitious who is ready to grow into a GM role within the next yearA true operator who leads from the front and takes ownership
