Children's Social Worker

A Local Authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for their Children and Families service in Bradford. This is a permanent and full-time position that is hybrid working.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)

About the job

  Safeguard children and promote their welfare. Assess the needs and risks of children and families. Manage Child in Need and Child Protection cases. Work directly with children and families to improve outcomes. Coordinate support with schools, health services, and other agencies. Monitor and review plans to ensure children remain safe and supported. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports when required.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience within frontline teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
