You must be able to work all 3 shifts:

6am–2pm2pm–10pm10pm–6am

This is not a fixed-shift or days-only role.

Aqumen Recruitment is looking for General Operatives to join a busy plastic recycling and manufacturing site in Allerton Bywater.

This is mainly a physical shop-floor role, with around 80% production work and 20% warehouse/FLT work.

The role

You’ll be:

Feeding materials into recycling machineryPreparing plastic materials for processingWorking around shredders, blenders and production equipmentMoving and organising materialsCarrying out general warehouse dutiesUsing a forklift when requiredKeeping the work area clean and safe

We’re looking for people with

Warehouse, factory or general operative experienceExperience in a physical, hands-on roleSome previous forklift driving experienceValid FLT licence requiredA reliable and safety-conscious approachAbility to work all 3 rotating shifts

You need to be comfortable spending most of your shift working on the production floor, rather than driving a forklift all day.
