Early Years Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work:

Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting Engaging children in fun and educational activities Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play Observing and recording children's progress Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals

Remote Learning – Complete your qualification with online support from experienced tutors Hands-on Experience – Gain valuable skills in a real work environment Career Progression – Opportunities to move into full-time employment upon completion Dedicated Mentor – One-to-one guidance throughout your apprenticeship 

Training Outcome:

Qualified Level 3 Early Year Educator.

Full-time work, shift patterns varying. Days and shifts TBC.
