Support customers using FA online platforms, and general queries
Monitor performance and participation information for clubs and organisations signed up to FA Programs.Support the annual registration of Clubs, Teams, Players and Leagues
Support the England Football Accreditation renewal process
Support the business in delivering excellent customer service through effective communication
Execute tasks as required to meet the Berks & Bucks FA changing priorities
Training:
This role will be based out of the Berks & Bucks FA offices in Milton Park.
Berks & Bucks Football Association Limited, Bee House. 140 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, OX14 4SB.
However, there will be opportunities for remote working as appropriate.
Abingdon and Witney College are the training provider and training on campus will commence on Wednesdays 09:30-16:30.
Abingdon Campus, Wootton Rd, Abingdon OX14 1GG.
Training Outcome:
Work within County FA structure within Football. Other development opportunities could include working for governing bodies in other sports or charities involved in sport.
Employer Description:
We are the governing body for football in Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. We are responsible for leading, protecting, developing and supporting players, clubs, leagues, coaches, volunteers and referees participating in the game across the county.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm Requirement to work evenings and weekends where needed although not regularly.
