Learning Support Assistant Apprentice All Hallows School

Working under the guidance of our SENDCo and class teachers, you will:

Support individual pupils and small groups through tailored interventions (e.g., reading, maths, or language support) Assist teachers in classroom management and adapt learning materials to individual pupil needs. Help pupils build confidence, concentration, and independence Maintain a safe, encouraging, and positive environment inside and outside the classroom Contribute to broader school life, which may include involvement in sports, drama, or music

Training:

Teaching Assistant Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:

This is a fixed-term position for the duration of the apprenticeship, however dependent on the pupil requirements and needs once the candidate is qualified, there may be opportunity to apply for a permanent role or contract extension.

Working Hours :
8.15am - 4.15pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break). Position Type: Fixed Term (Apprenticeship Contract).
