Business Administration Apprentice

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Programme Office Help maintain accurate project and programme documentation, records and electronic filing systems Update project trackers, action logs, contact lists and other programme information Support the organisation of internal and external meetings, workshops and project sessions Schedule meetings, coordinate diaries and help ensure attendees have the information they need Prepare meeting agendas, papers and supporting documents Attend meetings and take clear notes, recording actions and agreed next steps where required Follow up agreed actions and help keep project information up to date Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other programme documents Gather and collate information from different sources to support projects and programme reporting Support the Programme Team with monitoring project milestones and upcoming deadlines Help maintain accurate stakeholder and project contact information Communicate professionally with people from across MCS and, where appropriate, external stakeholders Support workshops, events and stakeholder engagement activities, including practical arrangements and administration Use Microsoft Office and other MCS systems to organise, record and present information effectively Follow organisational processes for document management, data protection and information security Support general administrative activities across the team as priorities change Identify simple opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working Take responsibility for completing apprenticeship learning, assessments and development activities alongside the role You will also attend Warrington & Vale Royal College as part of your apprenticeship

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent role such as Programme Administrator, Programme Coordinator or Project Support Officer, depending on business needs and individual performance. The apprenticeship will provide a strong foundation for a future career in business administration, programme support or project management, with valuable experience gained within the renewable energy sector.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week between 8.00am- 6.00pm
