Content Creator Apprenticeship

We’re now looking for an Apprentice Property Marketing, Media & Creative Executive to join the business in a brand-new role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone creative, ambitious and hands-on who wants to build a career in property marketing, content creation, photography, videography and social media. 

Working directly with the two directors, you’ll play a key role in marketing both Attik as a brand and the homes we bring to market.

From attending property take-ons and writing brochure copy, to capturing visual content and running social campaigns, this is a varied and fast-moving role with real responsibility from day one. 

Training:

To support the marketing and presentation of Attik as a brand and the properties it brings to market through creative content, social media, photography, videography, staging support and accurate property information.

The role is designed to help Attik strengthen its market position across Norfolk and Suffolk through exceptional property presentation, engaging brand marketing and the smart use of digital tools, AI and creative content. 

This is a new apprenticeship role within the business, offering hands-on experience across property marketing, media production and brand development while working directly with the two directors.

Training Outcome:

After completing the apprenticeship, I could progress into roles such as Content Creator, Social Media Assistant, Digital Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive, or continue onto further qualifications within the creative and digital sector.

The team take enormous pride in their estate agency and offer a number of ancillary services. Although it is not necessary to book any additional services, they have been found to enhance the customer experience and pricing.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, shifts, may work evenings and weekends.
