Exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to work for an established company situated in Witney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Catering Assistant and will be able to work Immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulationsChecking in of food deliveries ensures that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the units.Ensuring that all food storage complies with food hygiene regulations and that F.I.F.O stock rotation system is being followedCleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniturePreparation of service area and/or service pointsCorrect storage of food items and equipment after serviceAssist in other unit kitchen onsite during quieter periods in hospitalityMaintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all timesComply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policyMonitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
