We're partnered with a highly elevated, high-end restaurant in Washington, DC looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a sophisticated operation with a strong focus on exceptional hospitality, food, wine, and beverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end or fine dining environment and a genuine passion for wine and beverage programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the details, knows how to lead a polished service, and enjoys developing teams in a high-expectation environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager in leading all day-to-day restaurant operationsTaking a key leadership role in the wine and beverage programDriving beverage standards, sales, training, and guest engagementLeading service from the floor and ensuring exceptional hospitality at every touchpointSupporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance managementBuilding relationships with guests and cultivating a strong regular clienteleSupporting financial performance, labour management, and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Previous AGM, Restaurant Manager, or equivalent leadership experienceHigh-end, fine dining, or luxury restaurant experience is requiredStrong wine and beverage experience is a mustDeep understanding of wine service, cocktails, beverage programs, and elevated hospitalityProven ability to train and develop teamsHighly polished, personable, and confident on the floorStrong operational and financial understanding
