Are you well connected within the international golf industry and know how to turn relationships into business? This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium golf and leisure destination internationally and play a key role in driving its commercial growth.

This is not a traditional golf operations role. The focus is on business development, networking, partnerships, and bringing new international business to the property.

The Role

Develop new business through international golf groups, tour operators, clubs, corporate partners, and eventsBuild and maintain a strong network across the international golf industryIdentify new commercial opportunities and develop long-term partnershipsRepresent the property at international golf events, tournaments, trade shows, and industry meetingsDevelop relationships with golf clubs, travel partners, and corporate clientsWork closely with the wider team to create attractive golf packages and experiencesTrack and grow revenue generated through your network and partnerships

About You

Strong network within the international golf industryProven experience in golf business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar commercial roleExisting relationships with golf clubs, tour operators, corporate clients, or other relevant industry partnersCommercially driven with a strong ability to generate new businessConfident representing a luxury golf destination internationallyWilling and able to travel regularlyFluent English

The role can be structured as either an employment position or consultancy opportunity, depending on the candidate's experience and existing network. 

Salary: €50,000 – 60,000 + commissions
