We're partnered with an acclaimed, Michelin chef-driven restaurant in NYC looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

We're looking for someone polished but hands-on, who thrives in a high-expectation environment and takes pride in the details.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensuring flawless serviceWorking closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless serviceManaging reservations, floor flow, staffing, and daily operational needsHandling guest concerns with professionalism and discretionHelping drive operational consistency, team culture, and overall restaurant performance

What We're Looking For

MUST have previous experience within a Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurantPrevious Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or equivalent leadership experienceExceptional understanding of service standards and guest experienceProven ability to lead and develop a high-performing teamPolished, confident, and highly personableSomeone who is passionate about hospitality and genuinely cares about the details
