Location: Fiji
Compensation: AUD $6,000–$8,000 per month + living expenses

We are recruiting for a luxury island resort in Fiji seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the full F&B operation and lead a high-level guest experience in an intimate luxury environment.

The Role

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and luxury standardsLead and develop the F&B team across the resort's outletsDrive beverage strategy with a strong focus on wine and sommelier programmesManage day-to-day operations, service standards and overall guest satisfactionWork closely with senior leadership to develop and enhance the resort's F&B offeringTake a hands-on approach to leadership within a smaller, luxury resort environment

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years of Food & Beverage management experienceBackground within small luxury hotels or resortsStrong general F&B operational experienceProven strengths in beverage management and wine/sommelier programmesLuxury hospitality experience with a strong focus on guest serviceFiji experience is an advantageHands-on, personable and confident leading a team in a remote island environment
