We're recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a leading premium events caterer, delivering large-scale hospitality across major sporting, luxury and VIP events.

You'll take ownership of your own events – from menus and pre-production through to logistics, team leadership and live delivery.

The Role

Lead large-scale event catering operations.Manage chefs and freelance teams.Plan production, logistics and live delivery.Deliver exceptional food at high volume.Develop menus alongside the culinary team.Take ownership of quality, organisation and standards.Contribute to menu development and planning during the off-season.

About You

Head Chef or experienced senior events chef.Background in events, stadiums, contract catering or high-volume hospitality.Strong operational and logistical skills.Confident leading large teams.Passionate about great food at scale.Happy with travel and a busy summer events season.Reliable, organised and self-sufficient.

Peak season runs May-September, balanced by a quieter winter focused on menu development, tastings and planning.
