Landscaping Apprentice

Assist Landscapers and the site team with day-to-day landscape construction tasks, across both hard and soft landscaping Support soil preparation, planting, turfing, and mulching under supervision Assist with hardscape works such as paving preparation, kerbing, edging, and concreting as directed Help load, unload, and move materials, plants, and equipment safely around site Learn to use hand tools and basic machinery correctly and safely, under supervision and in line with training received Carry out reasonable duties consistent with the nature and level of the role, as directed by supervisors

Training:
Hort or Land Apprenticeship Level 2 Dedicated performance coach Day release TBC On site visits Functional Skills in maths and English if applicable

Training Outcome:
The role provides a clear, supported route into a full Landscaper position
