CNC grinding Manual operations CNC programming 3D printing Reading and understanding technical drawings Ensure all company standards are maintained Ensure safe working practices at all times Ensure commitment and application of the company quality systems are sustained Help identify any areas for improvement and implementation Carry out any other duties which may from time to time be reasonably requested to assist in the day to day running of the company

Training:

Year 1: 1 day a week attendance at Peterborough College

Year 2: 1 day a week attendance at Peterborough College

Year 3: 1 day a week attendance at Peterborough College

Year 4: No college attendance as fully work-based

Training Outcome:

There is potential for a full-time, permanent role as a skilled engineer.
